Time for Aboriginal Québec to welcome you!

The 4th International Aboriginal Tourism Conference (IATC) presented for the first time in Québec on Huron-Wendat territory will bring together more than 300 aboriginal tourism representatives, enterprises and organizations from Canada and abroad under the theme Commit to achieve - The role of commitment in the performance of our industry.

The 2015 IATC will focus on lectures and presentations given by renowned key players of the global aboriginal tourism industry. There will also be plenary sessions to drive our think tanks as well as our individual and collective actions.

The conference will also host an exhibition fair onsite and some unique social events such as our Opening Cocktail, the Wendake Tradition Night and of course the grand Entrepreneurship Recognition Gala for aboriginal tourism in Québec. The Gala will be the highlight of the IATC and will celebrate the success, efforts and dynamism of those involved in our industry.

COMMIT TO ACHIEVE
The role of commitment in the performance of our industry

Commitment is a choice! In business, those who apply this principle gain a significant competitive edge.

How does commitment and achievement impact the Aboriginal tourism industry? What does it mean to entrepreneurs and how can customers perceive it? For whom and why commit one's actions and words? We'll address these questions at the upcoming International Aboriginal Tourism Conference.

Employees with the highest commitment rates perform up to 20% better and are 87% less likely to quit their jobs; this shows that commitment is linked to the performance of the company.
