A grand Opening Cocktail will kick-off the 2015 International Aboriginal Tourism Conference. Make the most of this golden networking opportunity to reconnect with participants of previous editions and make new contacts! The cocktail will open the 4th edition of the IATC in a festive and authentic atmosphere true to Aboriginal warmth and hospitality. This major global aboriginal tourism gathering will start with ceremonial speeches and performances by aboriginal artists of Québec.

In the scope of the conference, the Huron-Wendat have organized an exciting night of discoveries with three themes, each highlighting a particular aspect of their land and culture. In the heart of Old Wendake, you are invited to make a toast at the foot of the Kabir Kouba falls. Enjoy this enchanting site at the sound of the Wendat drums. Follow with a First Nation fine dining experience. Sagamité Restaurant will surprise you with a traditional Yatista dish. The presence of Steeve Wadohandik Gros-Louis will make this evening unforgettable. Meet with the artisans from Raquettes-Artisanat Gros-Louis and end this evening by discovering the Huron-Wendat arts.

Enjoy a traditional night in one of the most captivating sites of the community! We invite you to a casual and entertaining night that will delight you. A guided visit will help you explore the culture and traditions of the different Nations of Québec and will be followed by a typical meal of the maple syrup harvest season. Finish the night with maple taffy around an outdoor bonfire while listening to music from Québec. We look forward to welcoming you and spoiling you with maple sugar delicacies!
